Management Functions
Transparency begins with overview
Based on the proven "T-card" principle, enhanced for the digital age, the UC.Pilot offers the responsible manager in the dealership a comprehensive overview of all vehicles in their respective processing state.

Starting with potential trade-ins or anticipated returns from e.g. leasing contracts, the physical trade-in, the repair and refurbishment and marketing up to delivery, post-calculation and archiving, no vehicle will be forgotten.

This clarity enables a forward-looking planning and the efficient use of resources.

Efficient workflow management

Based on flexibly configurable workflows, state shifts occur automatically after the vehicle processing in the respective state is successfully completed. Possible process delays are visible and can be addressed immediately, which is essential when realizing short turnaround times.

Escalation Management

An individually configurable escalation management system ensures that any deviations from preset processing times are highlighted. If desired, these deviations can be brought to the attention of management, further enhancing process efficiency.

Individual user rights assignment

The clear assignment of responsibilities is a key to business success. The more process participants are involved, the more difficult and complex this is usually to achieve.
Depending on the size or level of development of an organization, different roles are performed by the same, sometimes by many different people.

In accordance with the specific organizational requirements of the respective dealership, the UC.Pilot allows. the individual assignment of access rights for different users, depending on the tasks assigned to them.
Necessary adjustments of workflows due to employee turnover or organizational developments can be made quickly and flexibly without compromising the integrity of the defined processes.

Real-time Process Monitoring

All activities are logged, and the date and time are stamped for continuous process control and optimization.

Process delays, occurring with an individual car or generally, become easily visible and can be addressed promptly.

The process design can flexibly adjust if necessary thanks to the individually configurable rights management.
Dynamic Stock Management

To constantly control the status of the current vehicle stock, the most important stock figures are available in real time.

The system offers individually configurable overviews, allowing for targeted processing of individual vehicles. This flexibility is ideal for optimal stock control, including active price management and the integration of external market information.

Everything under control

The integrated controlling supports the management of the UC business like a "GPS".

An optional "Businessplanning tool" is provided to plan sales, stock, costs and revenues. These "target coordinates" are uploaded to the UC.Pilot and are permanently compared with the actual values achieved.

Deviations from the plan are shown immediately. Similar to a navigation system, it can be recognized which consequences can result from the deviation.

Optional recommendations indicate which "redirects" or alternative actions can be used to avoid compromising the overall objective.

Cost Administration

To ensure the correct calculation of achieved gross yields, all costs can be administered in the UC Pilot, either by manual input or by uploading information extracted from a DMS via a standard interface.

All actual costs are compared to the cost estimated during a car's initial appraisal to detect any optimization needs in this process stage.
Flexible analyses for full transparency

All Data collected by the UC.Pilot are available for extensive evaluations and comparisons, also across several branches or related dealers.

The constant analysis of sales, sales performance and process qualities enables the rapid recognition of optimization potentials.

Combining internal data with externally available market data allows the use of "big data" to exploit all current and future possibilities of "advanced Business Intelligence".

In this way, new potential can be identified early, and continuous improvement of the UC business can be achieved.
